to meet, have fun and learn from each other

Together with our new approach, we have made significant changes in creating new branding, logo, website and poster.

This year’s annual meeting is another example of how we have changed.

The objectives of the meeting were: first to review the current yearly plan and implementation and to develop a new plan for next year's implementation. Second, it is our aim to motivate staff and board members and maintain close relationships. Finally we intend to reflect the staff and board members’ contributions and challenges in the implementation of program and policies,” said Mr. Nhip Thy, executive director of CDMD.

He also mentioned that last year's meeting included only CDMD staff while this year the event involved more stakeholders.

The three-day workshop ended with board members answering participants’ questions.

All requests and suggestions will be taken into consideration for the management committee and board members.

One of the community volunteers, Ms. Sun Ratha, said she felt the workshop was really good. “I liked it so much because I learned many new things from the presenters. Moreover, it was very important in order to involve people, who are working together, to meet, have fun and learn from each other.”
